Commande passée le 23 janvier 2025, après quelques difficultés avec le site. Hélas on est 15 jours plus tard et pas de nouvelles de leur part et la commande toujours pas reçue.
Je viens de demander aujourd'hui sur le site, le chat qui prétend que je n'ai pas effectué un achat car pas de numéro de commande.
Je vais faire opposition auprès de ma banque.
Je suis très décue.

Easy to order, rather good choice of flowers and the prices are reasonable. There are also special offers on a regular basis like free chocolates etc .
This order was for my mother-in-law who, along with her partner, is elderly and far from her family. So it was just to brighten their day and let them know we are thinking of them. It worked a treat, she was absolutely over the moon and delighted with the flowers. She said they were the most beautiful she had ever got, red roses and lilies.

Easy to order and the flowers arrived on the day. I ordered for a very good friend of mine and also for my cousin. Both were birthday flowers. My very good friend was very touched that I had sent flowers and said they were beautiful and my cousin was delighted with hers. Well worth ordering from Flying Flowers, the service has been excellent so far !!! And there is an email update at each step of the way. However, I'm not sure that there is Sunday delivery (for my friend I asked for Saturday delivery instead)

Bonne prise en charge, commande plutôt facile.
Après je ne veux pas forcement avoir une livraison régulière et obligée. Je comprend le concept mais j'aimerais pouvoir acheter quand j'aurai besoin. Délai de livraison était un peu long.
Mais j'adore le packaging minimaliste et complétement recyclable, ainsi que le fait que le colis va direct dans la boite aux lettres ! C'est très bien conçu. Nickel.

I am usually very pleased with the service provided by Moonpig and especially the quality of the cards and gifts on offer, along with a rapid delivery.
My recent contact was to ask for a change of email address on my account, as it is not possible to change oneself. The person I spoke to was very helpful and said it would be carried out by his colleagues by that evening.
The following day still no change so I recontacted Moonpig and spoke to a different person, also very helpful, who said it would take 28 days...
I wrote an email, to which I got a reply the following day by which time we had already decided with the previous person that the easiest thing to do would be to create a new account with the new email address.
Just a shame that it can't be done online and immediately as with many other sites.
