Thank you for your review, I'm very sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with your collection.

Reviewing your order I can see that when you spoke to the team after your initial collection attempt was unsuccessful and we had advised that we didn't have any specific buzzer details recorded for the address. You provided these and rescheduled the collection for another suitable day.

Throughout the new collection date we rescheduled your collection on a couple of occasions, however the total did not add up to 6 attempts. There's a chance the collection issues may have been influenced by parking options at your address, with a bus lane right outside the building, but it's unclear.

I can see you spoke with the team this morning and opted to proceed with alternative options, but the issues have been raised with our Operations Team to follow up with our courier partner regardless.

Thank you for your feedback, Apologies for how you feel, We here at Love"LAundry always try pur best to make sure we offer the best service possible, however if you are unhappy we will always try to go above & beyond to make things perfect.

As mentioned previously we always try our best to remove stains however some stains can be tough to tackle therefore we need to use stronger chemicals and would need owners risk, we understand your away, however when you back in London please feel free to send the coat into us and we will reclean it for you.
