The Great Indian Rail Journey was an amazing holiday. The chauffeur door to door service was very efficient. Our trip was made easy and transport links seamless due to our excellent guide Bhanu. He was extremely well organised (much of which went on in the background). He shared his knowledge of all the places we visited with insight and humour. The cities were very busy and bewildering but he kept the group safe. Praise must also go to the coach and car drivers who somehow managed to negotiate the crazy, chaotic traffic. It was quite a hectic itinerary with many very early starts but well worth it. We saw so many amazing places and experienced the colour and vibrancy of India. Seeing tigers in Ranthambore made the trip even more memorable. A brilliant holiday with a friendly group of people and our superb guide Bhanu. Would recommend Titan and definitely go with them again.

Talked to agent KL4 about a renewal quote and she was able to offer me a more competitive price. She was polite, helpful and I was very pleased with the outcome. An efficient company with good customer service.

Agent called back promptly, after we submitted online interest in specific cruise. She went through different options and answered queries. We got a good price, including extras that other companies did not offer. Booking was quite easy and emails sent with relevant information. The agent was friendly and efficient.

Easy to book. Car park very convenient for train station. Someone there to help with ticket.

Had to renew policy and change it to worldwide. Although this made it much more expensive, price was still competitive compared with other quotes. Form was easy to amend and done online quickly.

Was struggling to find hotels & flights for dates required. Went on loveholidays & found holiday that ticked most of the boxes. Good to have option of alternative flight times, some sites only offered dreaded night flights. Glad I booked quickly at reasonable price, as same holiday seemed to have doubled in price by the next day. Good overall experience with quick confirmation & follow up emails.

Delivery service was efficient and I was kept informed throughout process. Tables were packed well and really easy to assemble. I think they are good value and look more expensive than they are. Very pleased with them.
