Their website makes it so easy to place an order for next day delivery. The flowers were beautiful, looked exactly like the photo and good quality packaging. I would happily order from them again.

I bought the Amber Rose after trying the tester which lasted ages. However when I bought the perfume it didn't even last one hour on my skin, nor does it project as the tester. Really disappointed.

Fragrances can react differently to each person's skin, which can affect how long they last and how they project. The tester you tried may have seemed stronger due to the top notes, which are more prominent initially but can fade faster than the base notes. The base notes, which are typically deeper and longer-lasting, may take more time to develop on your skin.

I went to the Bromley store which wasn't really busy, the assistant was lovely and I got to try on a few dresses, although they didn't have any of the options I showed online. However the assistant ran through some of the dresses which I tried on and was happy with. After saying yes to the dress, I was taken straight to the till where my dress and underskirt had been already boxed up (felt a bit rushed). I was then given the total amount at the till which I didn't think much of as I knew I had to pay for a box, however when I got home and looked at the receipt properly, I noticed I ended up paying for a wooden hanger, plastic cover and a robe (which I didn't ask for).
When I opened by my box I saw the robe and at first I thought it was complementary until I looked at the receipt. There was no mention of a robe during my visit, so not sure why it was added!?
I went back to another store and requested a refund, as it was within the 14 day period. The assistant there was understanding and mentioned that I should have been run through the item prices before going ahead with the purchase - which didn't happen and now it makes sense as they slipped in a robe without even telling me. They tried to upsell quite a few items to me during my fitting and when I wasn't interested the assistant didn't seem too impressed.
Another thing they don't tell you is that their boxes are non refundable.
