Ordered ‘real suede leather ‘ short boots. Took 4 weeks to arrive and I think they are made of cardboard soles of some sort. Of course they all offer you 10% to keep the item and/or give it away ,and actually you are forced to take it because it will cost you a couple hundred dollars to return to China. Sizing is totally inaccurate. Pass on this place.

Company advertises as being within US. Addresses and phone numbers are listed as in the states. When you order, shipping originates in China. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Of course it was the cheapest jacket I’ve ever seen advertised with a hood. There is no hood. It was ridiculous. In order to return or exchange will cost YOU a couple hundred dollars. 😂. BUYER BEWARE.

They say orders delivered 7 to 8 days it took two weeks they do not come from New York to my dismay. …They come from China.
The item which was a raincoat, very cheap, thin, horrible quality
Of course, too small since it’s China, I got a small which I would wear in the US, but I would need to order a large
You have to send it back at your expense to China, which is very costly
They try to offer me 10% to keep it, I got them up to 30% but that is only $22 out of 66 that is just totally wasted.
I will donate it, so not totally awash.
Customer service via email was almost funny if I wasn’t so mad

Please do not order from this website save your time and trouble.. you are charged for shipping $15 and then if it doesn’t fit you do not get a refund you get a credit and to ship it back will cost you another $15 so the credit you do receive from a return/exchange will dwindle down unless you know your exact size in the shoe you were ordering. Once you’ve ordered it Hass to be shipped to go to be verified and authentic and then they will ship it to you the process can take weeks, will never order from them again.

Ordered a duplicate Louis Vuitton handbag, nothing like a real Louis, Not thrilled with the quality and customer service is pretty much nonexistent. So if you have a problem you will never reach them and they will never return your emails. It’s China, what can I say they are the worst!!! They have a return policy but they will not contact you in order to return; so you better be 100% happy because you are stuck with it.
UPDATE. BEEN 3MONTHS SINCE RETURNING BAG AND SEVERAL ATTEMPS TO CONTACT SELLER. NO COMMUNICATION OR REFUND FROM THESE PEOPLE. IVE HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO TRY TO RESOLVE
