Thorough and completed in a timely manor.

Have not seen the results but I enjoyed doing it.

I booked 6 nights in a hotel in Australia. The nightly price was apparent but after payment a $808 tax & hotel extras charge was on my receipt.
I cancelled the booking 4 minutes later.
I contacted the hotel to ask about the $808.00 fee and they said that was not part of there fees structure.

It has been three weeks since and 6 emails later and I have still not received my refund of approx $2500.00

Not happy with this company...
