Was optimistic at the start as entered to try luck on a free entry but won the iphone 13. At first we noted that the iphone was not in stock and they were sourcing it from China (which I did feel was odd) thus having to wait until restocked. Was kepted well informed after nearly 4 months of waiting finally the phone arrived from John Lewis. I would advise they should stock the items before listing them as I feel others may not have shared the same patience and would of given up with a negative review or feel its a scam. Now that the item has arrived I would say they are decent folks, good communication in the end and look forward to future draws.
