Natasha, who served me in the Lincoln High Street branch, could not have been more helpful. Without hesitation she gave me a replacement pair of boots as I had taken in to the store a pair purchased online 6 months previously which had split. Natasha was also a great help in choosing new walking socks.

Cannot praise Grant Technical Support highly enough. I rang them as we were having some challenges with our Air Source Heat Pump. Got through on the telephone easily and Damon quickly identified the problem with our settings. He patiently talked me through making a couple of changes which improved the performance of our system.

Lincoln Electrical have just completed the installation of a Solar PV System for us and we couldn't be more impressed with their service. From first contact with Kerry and initial meeting with Jamie, to the installation of our panels, inverter and batteries, the whole team were efficient, professional and very tidy.
