I have ordered an anti-static record brush. The guys reached out to me the next day to let me know that it was not in stock and offered a replacement or a refind. We bought a graphic pad, it was not new, but refurbished. We got the parcel very quickly in 2 days after the purchase, well packed and in good condition.

Unfortunately, after we opened the box, the pen was missing. We contacted customer support service, they replied within a couple of hours, offered alternative ways. We wanted a refund, sent the parcel back. The refund was made within 3-4 days.

So, totally satisfied with the service and the people working there.
