What a beautiful, stylish coat ! Wonderful price as I bought it in the sale and as usual a really quick delivery.

I booked my appointment on line, selecting the afternoon appointment and it was very straight forward , I was happy to pay my deposit as fully understand that the company did not want. " time wasters"
After booking I went on to Trustpilot and was shocked to see all the negative reviews. When I was contacted prior to my appointment I was informed that my oven clean would be carried out in the morning not the afternoon as booked and would I pay the balance due on the clean. I told him that I could not be in the morning as already had an engagement which could not be changed, also I told him that I had seen all the negative comments, and consequently , I was not prepared to make any further payments further payments until the operative arrived when at that time I would happily pay the balance. At this point I was put through to Customer Services who was most helpful and asked me what time I could be back from my meeting and I said 12 noon. She confirmed that that would work well as the operative had three visits before me.

I returned home after my meeting and my phone rang, it was Stephen just asking for confirmation that it was alright for him to come which I confirmed.

Stephen arrived and was both affable and polite . He set too and cleaned the oven in a very quick time and I was left gleaming, sparkling oven. We then made arrangements to pay the balance, but the system didn't work so Stephen rang Customer Services and I spoke to a very helpful lady and was happy to pay the balance.

To sum up, I did not give Oven Support a five star rating purely because my whole experience was not good. The first people I spoke to, their tone was aggressive and they want you to buy other services which, of course, that is their job so you just have to be firm and tell them you don't want any thing else. The rest of my dealings with both Customer Service and Stephen himself was excellent and they are selling a good product at a very competitive price they just need to sort out the initial contact and then they will cease to get such negative reviews. I would be happy to use them again.

Smart suit, nicely cut and made from made from a lovely light weight material which hangs really well. An absolute bargain at the sale price !

No one really wants to have to pay a visit to their solicitor as we all know it is usually at a time of either upset or stress and it goes without saying it's costly! However quite often issues would never be resolved without the learned guidance we get from our solicitors this is never more evident when the dispute is a family one. In these matters one's solicitor not only needs a knowledgeable understanding of the law but what is very important, a degree of feeling and sensitivity for what the client is going through. This I have found with my dealings with Anna Sharp. She has great empathy and patience and I cannot praise her highly enough. Thankfully everything is now sorted but should I need further legal help and advice I shall happily return to SAS Daniels and hopefully to Anna. I have already recommended several of my friends to use SAS Daniels and they have not been disappointed.
