100 percent scammers. Awful experience. My experience with them is the same as the other one star reviews.
After providing publishing services for them they failed to pay even after 6 months after publication. Their support is sending generic responses in the sense of - "I corresponded your issue internally" and does nothing to support us with the actual issue.
Stay away from these scammers.
