Had an issue trying to log into my wifi…

Had an issue trying to log into my wifi router. 4th utility is a bit unless in giving out that information on the website but a quick call to Customer services and Mushtaq helped me immediately.

After sales service useless

The car buying service was great. Even bought the extended warranty. Then the car developed a fault after 80 days. My emails were completely ignored phoned several times always polite but no resolution. Its been weeks and my car still isn't repaired. I Feel like I'm being forced to get a local repair and try to file a claim in small claims court.

Staff Lied to us and Customer Service Condescending and rude

We bought a Circuit machine at Christmas for our daughter. They recommended a course to learn how to operate the machine. They assured us it would only require a weeks notice to book after Christmas. This was a lie. Its currently February. We had to book a course over an hours drive away and they cancelled with 5 minutes notice.
Then to add insult to injury they said they could move the course to a closer store. Another lie. We waited a week for a call and none came. We called again this time we had a very dismissive Customer services agent that really didn't care at all. Offered very little sympathy and gave us 2 options return to the store an hour away or a refund. We emphasised it was a long journey and his reply was ' So refund and rearrange yourself"
We were offered another date but as we weren't expecting to have to return to the store we needed a few minutes to double check our diary. At this instead of showing compassion and patience he just wanted to end the call at this we grew frustrated which to press our buttons the agent just kept repeating DONT Raise your voice!! ... We hadn't he just kept repeating it again and again which as anyone knows being told to calm down when you are civil is a great way to make someone angry. It was almost as if he was doing it on purpose to end the call.

The service was TERRIBLE and if the item wasn't a gift I would of demanded a refund. Guess Im shopping on Amazon from now on!!!


EDIT We received a new date for the course. Then a full refund and an apology. As it turns out the day of the rearranged course the instructor didnt know how to use the machine so my Daughter had to end up googling the information fer her. So even at free it wasnt great. Review changed form 1 to 2 stars to reflect at least the refund.

App usless. coustomer support frustrating.

Ive used Randox several times the last 14 months for testing. With the old email service Ive had no errors. But this app WHAT A LOAD OF $#@%. First I put it on my ipad made an account set up several profiles. Scaneed the tests then ..... nothing whan I tried to log back in my account was missing. Cant make a new account as the email is used .. cant rescan the tests as they are in the system ... £50 down. 55minutes to coustomer services to be told they call back.... they never did !!! Then reloaded the app to a new phone .new email account.. 2 MORE tests scanned sucessfully and the certs ... never arrived. Tried to call customer services again and told too busy the computer disconnects
Finally we went to the airport 7 hours early pleaded with the staff that done the test there and then and had the cert with in the hour. Great staff but the system just isnt fit for purpose. Now stuck in Spain with 2more fit to fly tests but the app still isnt working and cant find an alternative atm to get the fit to fly cert to come home.

Shame in you RANDOX .... I look fwd to the court case.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service. I spent 6 weeks 4 different applications and still no account! The website is slow and the form looks like google translate was used for the English. When I called up to help the adviser was audibly bored and disinterested in helping me. Tried several IDs and all failed. the Same IDs Ive used to open online bank accounts and other financial services are not good enough for them? No way would I trust these clowns with my money.

EDIT thank you for your comment. But as I said I DID call you for help and recived zero help. !!! Only to be told to make a FIFTH application!! . .... Its just not good enough. Ive since opened a Hargraves Lansdown account. More expensive but at least it works !
