BOOKING.COM STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS. I have for years worked on the customer service of Booking.com, now as a customer they are stealing 300€ from me on a booking that was refunded by the hotel but as it was paid through them. They are keeping the money without any justification. Booking.com STEALS

The customer service of this web page is the most uncompetent you will be able to find. If you have any problem about the request, forgett to receive any help from this "customer service" they hang up the phone everytime, they put the call on silence and never answer. They reply with random templates and have no record of anything. If something gets lost, you lose your money. A risk not worth taking.

This people are thiefs and this is a scam. They send you a letter and they give you an unrealistic time to make the payment. 5 days between they send the letter until you are already out of time. And eventhough you have already paid, you have to pay again. The amount to pay is 200% of de value of the item they claim. You try to call ans is an answering machine, no option to speak with anyone. Its a scam. And this people thiefs.
