The collection came on time and they text me to let me know they were near by. Both of the lads were friendly and helpful. It couldn’t have been smoother.

I really enjoyed the creative process of making a picture of myself, my partner and our two beloved cats. It was amazing how beautifully the images captured us all and I enjoyed making changes and looking at the different time periods. In the end, I obtained the most gorgeous image, which I will always treasure and I would fully recommend this website.

This was an excellent, smooth and trouble free collection and so very helpful as I was clearing my late mother’s house. Ian the driver, put the boxes carefully into the van and shut the gate. The tracking was also excellent and told me when he was about to arrive and then confirmed collection. I’m excited that this will go towards tree planting. Highly recommended.

I found the staff at Jessops very kind and helpful, when I took a camera in to be looked at for sale. They took time with me and actually put the trade in through for me, as I was struggling with the technology. I was then given a quick response from Adam, who sent a fair offer and quickly processed it. It has helped a lot, thank-you.
