After 6 and a half months our claim is…

After 6 and a half months our claim is finally settled.
A big thank you to Kirk who was able to finally get the claim on our GE Washer settled to our satisfaction.
We said we would post a better review than the previous four reviews which were 1 Star reviews. If centricity had settled our claim months earlier I would have given a 4 or 5 star review but cannot give a 5 star review for a claim that took 6.5 months to settle. Kirk, you personally get 5 stars for getting it done. Thank you!

Six and a half months and still waiting for washer repair!

Six and a halfs months ago, June 25, 2025 we filed a warranty claim #PNV03 for our GE washer. We had one visit in July from Centricity's chosen repair company Cone Appliance Repair. We have had about 4 times Cone scheduled a service call and never showed up. Today was another one of those days. Service was scheduled between Noon and 5:00pm. I stayed around all day to make sure I would be here for whatever time they arrived. They did not show up and never called to notify us they would not be here. My wife was finally able to contact Cone and they apologized (this probably about 12 apologizes we have gotten from Centricity and Cone). Cone then rescheduled for January 14. Around 6:00pm today I called Centricity at 1(800)452-3599 and talked to Norma for 20 minutes about the lack of service, specifically the no-show today by Cone Appliance. She is probably about the 12th person I have talked to at Centricity about the ongoing awful service. She apologized!!! She will forward to her support team and mentioned a possible alternative. I told her I would be open to an alternative of payment for a new washer instead of repairing this one. We had to get a new one because this kept being put off and we were lied to a number of times. Glad we got a new one because 6 and a half months is a long time to go without a washer. We were given assurances by Centricity and Cone Appliance it would be taken care of. Centricity prides themselves on prompt reliable service. Haha! 6 1/2 months and still no repair is neither prompt or reliable! Why do I get the feeling they keep delaying and hoping I will finally give up! This is my 4th review on this issue. We keep getting apologies and claim they will be right on it to take care of us. Do they really care?? If they did our washer would have been repaired months ago. I rate Centricity and Cone Appliance repair together. And if I could I would give them a - 5 at this point. Centricity may not like it but really, 6 1/2 months and still no real action. Just apologies and assurances they will take care of it.
Edit note: Well one more comment. Yesterday Centricity and Cone Appliance Repair lived up to, or should I say down to our expectations that we have for them!🙁 we both said to each other, “Will they show up today?” My wife and I both agreed that they would not show up. Zero % confidence they will do the right thing!!!👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

01/11/2026 UPDATE: We were contacted on 01/09/2026 by Kirk at Centricity that Centricity will send us a check for the price we paid for the washer. We agreed to that resolution and infact had suggested payment instead of repair. After we receive the check I will post another review.

This is my 3rd review on the same…

This is my 3rd review on the same issue! We have a GE washer that was covered by the Centricity extended warranty. It broke down and we filed a claim (#PNV03) on 6/25/2025. The date today is 12/29/2025. That is 6 months and 4 days and the washer has not been repaired. The appliance repair company , Cone Appliance Repair, set up an appointment for 7/3/25 between 9AM to 1PM. My wife confirmed the appt time and address. We had someone at the house all day! No show and no call. Tried to call them to see what happened . Could not leave a message because their box full. Cone later rescheduled for 7/17/25 and showed up. Need a part so would schedule when the had the part. Then scheduled for 7/28/25 to put the part in. Did not show up. Rescheduled for 8/27/25. Then on 8/23/25 said repair peson wold be there that day. We were not available the 23rd. They rescheduled for the 27th and never showed up. On 9/3/25 Cone said the technician would be there that day and he would contact us. He never showed up but called to ask if the part had been delivered to us. No it hadn't. He said he would take care of it. Since that date we could not get Cone to answer or respond to questions. I contacted several Centricity Customer Service people (Ginny, Denice, Johnny, Max, Orlando, and Edward. They claimed the claim was closed. Washer out of warranty, and it was repaired on August 28 were some of the responses. Also several calls and Emails to Cone Repair.
Finally someone at Cetricity got to work and got things set up. He was informed we would be out of town the week of Thanksgiving which he acknowledged. Cone said they would be there the day after Thanksgiving. My wife responded that we were out of town that day. When we got home she tried to contact Cone Appliance several times. No response.
Today I called Centricity at the 800-452-3599 twice. The first person was somewhat rude claiming we did not inform Centricity the dates we were out of town. He put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then the call got cut off. The second call Chris answered. He put me on hold a few times while he checked on information. The call was 52 minutes with about half of it on HOLD. The last hold was 10 minutes. He said he would submit the information to see if the claim could be activated and we would get a yes or no in 3-5 business days. He apologized for our inconvienience (one of many received from Centricity!!) While doing this review, my wife received a message that Centricity had received our request and we would receive a response in a few days. Well, We've heard that before! I can update next year. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hopefully!!??!! I'll believe it when I see it!! Added note on 12-31-2025: Centricity responded yesterday with the response below. We had to go out and buy a new washer at our expense and glad we did. We did not buy an extended warranty from Centricity on this one! Would not want to be without a washer for 6 months! Centricity, maybe you can settle this without repairing the washer?? This whole ordeal has been very frustrating.

On 11/18/2025, Mrs. Morauske informed Centricity that she and her husband would be out of town from November 21, 2025 - November 30, 2025 and will not be home.

On 12/29/2025, Mr. Morauske called for assistance with his unit since it hadn't been repaired. Customer service informed Mr. Morauske this has been escalated to management to see if we can approve dispatch service.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in service. We will keep Mr. and Mrs. Morauske updated on their claim.

4 months & GE Washer not repaired…

We filed a claim for a GE Washer in June, 2025 while it was still under the Centricity extended warranty. CLAIM # PNV03. The Service company, Cone Appliance Repair, set up a service call for 7/3/25 for between 9:00am and 1:00pm. They did not show up and no call from Cone to advise us. The next appt was for 7/17/25 and a technician did check the washer and said it needed a part. Cone set up later dates but never showed up again. Centricity claims thwy have proof from Cone Appliance that the washer was repaired on 8/18/25. That is FALSE! they were not here that day. They claimed they needed another part. They set up appts for for Aug. 27 and Sep. 3 and never showed up . Why would they set up an appt for after Aug. 28 if they claimed the washer was fixed on Aug. 28?? SInce that time Cone does not respond to any contacts we made. I looked up reviews on Cone Appliance Repairs and there are many with the same issues we experienced. WE have been getting the run around and and ignored for months by Cone and Centricity. Oh yes, we got some token apologies and excuses but no actions. We have made several calls to the Centricity Call Center at 1-800-622-1100 and some to the 1-800-452-3599. If I could give a review less than 1 Star I would! CLAIM # PNV03. I did a previous review but could not find the claim #, so here it is again: PNV03.
UPDATE: 11-11-2025: Still no update on the Centricity reply 5 days ago when they assured us they were still actively reviewing our claim and they haven't forgotten us. I think they are doing the same thing we've gotten from their call service for months now. Delay, Delay, Delay and hope we will give up! I have ZERO confidance in them!!

I left a voicemail for Mr. and Mrs. Morauske apologizing for the delay in their claim process and letting them know that we’re still actively reviewing their claim. I assured them that we haven’t forgotten about them and will reach out as soon as we have an update.


*I spoke with Phyllis Morauske on 11/18/2025 at 4:19pm and offered my sincere apologies for the ongoing delay in getting her service completed.

I thanked her for her patience and understanding—it truly means a great deal as we continue working on her behalf. I explained that we are actively and diligently searching for part #WH22X38697 and will update her as soon as we locate it.

Mrs. Morauske kindly let me know that she and her husband will be out of town from 11/21/2025 through 11/30/2025, so they won’t be available during that time. She expressed her appreciation for the update, and I assured her that we’ll continue to do everything we can to move things forward for her.

Four Months and no repair, Just a big run around to not cover the Warranty!

We have a GE Washer that quit working in late June, 2025. It still had a couple months left on warranty. The service company did not show up on the day they set. this happened more than once! We could never reach them at the # they gave because their box was always full. They finally did come one day and said a part was needed and would be ordered . Later they said they had the part but another part was needed so a delay. Many emails setting up date with 4 hour window and no show and no call then nothing after Sept 18. On 10/6/25 I called your Call Center at 1(800) 452-3599 and talked to Johnny and Edward for 46 minutes. I was told that the claim was closed , the warranty expired but they would check the status and call back in the next day or two. There was no call back. Several calls with your reps claiming the work was completed and the claim closed and they say they will check- and we will get a call back.Today I called again to 800-452-3599. talked to Denice. She said that the appliance repair (Cones) submitted the repair was done on Aug. 28 and they sent a picture of the washer as proof. The washer still sets in our garage with no repair done. THEY ONLY CAME ONE TIME AND HAVE NEVER BEEN BACK!!! Centricity claims prompt dependable service. I don't believe it. If I could give a ZERO for the review I would. I would accept a check for the cost of a new washer and an apology for the terrible service! Date of experience: 6/30/2025 - 10/29/2025 and it continues. I do not want to post a phone # for the account.
Update: I received your request for more information and responded. There was one piece of information Iam not sure of. I can give you the phone # that the claim was filed under but am not going to post it on an open review for all to see. Please contact me again.
