This was a great experience from start to finish! The communication between edits was prompt and the results each time were implemented as asked. I highly recommend this company and product. My husband was blow away at this surprise gift.

Don’t waste your money.

I received a full refund for my eye pods and add eye pads that I purchased. Levi was helpful and accommodating. While these did not work, the customer service was good.

These do not work. My first set did not vibrate, so they sent me a new set. That set also did not vibrate, so they offered to send me an updated version that has fixes to some of the issues. That replacement set, the 3rd set, looked exactly the same as the other 2 sets. It also did not work in got some vibration but not on both pods and not consistently. One of the pods turned off before it should have, while the other stayed on but really only with the lights.

This has been so frustrating and disappointing.

I was so hopeful that these would work

I was so hopeful that this would work. The first set I received did not work. I was sent a new set. That set also did not work. Customer service has been great at addressing this and I am waiting for a new set to arrive.

It took me 8days to get my replacement…

It took me 8days to get my replacement phone. I filed my claim at an actual AT&T store on a Wednesday and was told I should have a replacement in 1-2 days and sometimes the same day. I was out of state so planned on having my phone ship to where I was staying since there was enough time to get the replacement as I was not leaving until Sunday.
Wrong!!! The replacement shipped to deliver on Monday, after I was gone. I asked to have it rerouted to my home address and was told I couldn’t do that because it was in shipping (this was Thursday). I was told the Texas weather impacted the shipment. While that may be the case, flights were leaving Texas then as the weather by Thursday had improved. Well, I left for home with no phone and was going to have my family fedex to phone to me when it arrived on Monday. The actual phone did not deliver on Monday OR Tuesday. It delivered on Wednesday after a week. In the meantime I called AT&T/Asurion on Monday when the phone didn’t deliver and they said to fill out another claim. I did that Monday night and was told it would ship Tuesday for Wednesday. Well, it had to undergo another review process and didn’t ship until Tuesday. I was told it would be delivered next day. Nope! Wednesday came and went and it was still in Indianapolis. My phone finally delivered on Thursday after 8 day. This is definitely not what they advertise or promised. I am extremely unhappy with the service and amount of time and calls I had to make to get this taken care of.
