higiene in mind

Ive ordered it with higiene in mind! It arrive after few days! Very happy with the product, feel fresher for longer and I quite like to use the balm before going out! Definitely something that was missing for male higiene!

Had to pay £75.00 for Fedex delivery…

Had to pay £75.00 for Fedex delivery even though on the web site it clearly states "Free Delivery in the UK".
After complaining was sent a link with the charges for countries outside EU. What part of " Free Delivery" is not free I wonder!

Reply: Hi Martin,
I can't returned it as the Fedex invoice came 2 days after the delivery ( very smart of them)!
We all know about Brexit and its consequences. It doesn't help when you offer a "Free UK delivery" and let Fedex charge for it! You must review your site and correct this error!
