I had a very disappointing experience with Paisabazaar.
While my credit score dispute was ongoing, I received calls from their team promising that they would help resolve the issue if I purchased their Credit Plus membership. Based on their assurance, I bought the membership. It has now been four months, and there has been absolutely no meaningful support from their side.
The only thing they did was ask me to send an email to the entity, which I had already done before taking the membership. After that, there was no proper follow up, no active assistance, and no resolution support.
I feel misled by the sales promises made during the calls. The membership did not provide any real help regarding my credit dispute.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing any paid membership from here.
