received a notification stating "free delivery on a certain-store with Uber One" then made me pay the delivery. and its not like I didnt meet the minimum fee. spoke to the customer support and they said to wait till the order is done, after it was done they didn't do anything. if they had told me there's not they can do from the get-go, I would've canceled and ordered from some place else. I think it was bad faith and misleading propaganda

They replied here but refuse to fix anything after I sent them another ticket. Didnt even reply this time
UPDATE: I saw they changed their domain and doing so they created another profile on trustpilot and are flooding the site with fake reviews while the bad reviews are on the old profile

On one they have a 2.9 star and on the other they have a 4.7 star

I bought the account, had issues in the beginning, contacted the support and they fixed it. Then after a few months the game appeared with a lock, I contacted them and they said I should play from the purchased account from now on. (note that the service I bought enables me to play from my personal account using console sharing and offline play). Because supposedly logged in the account without their consent when I just did what they told me in the emails.
I demanded a new account or a refund since I payed to play the game through "console sharing and offline play".
