Very disappointing and inconclusive chainsaw service; felt 'mugged off' as original issue requiring diagnosis was not addressed or resolved.

Had held F&A in good regard up to now, no longer!

Bought a board in 2022. The 5yr warranty is superb. Customer services quick to reply, no messing and board being replaced quickly.

Glad I bought Bluefin cruise 12" for load capacity but also the support when I needed it

Outstanding service, communication and pricing. Bought from Stovesonline 12yrs ago and installed 3 burners myself with patience assistance from the team.

Returned for a new flue after an over vigorous chimney sweep damaged my flue and have to say the service and support is remained excellent
Cant recommend highly enough

To be clear I imitally wrote a poor review and have deleted that as unfair having received the product within the 4wks defined for delivery.

The product ive now recieved is very good and excellent field of view. Can't fault it. I would suggest if you have high prescription go for thinner lenses as offered.

Communication email, telephone has been my greatest stress issue. And prevents me from giving a 5

Front brake pack; back plates & fitting kits etc '63 Hilux. genuine parts, good backup over the phone. Everything fitted no issues, and arrived ahead of schedule. Prices are tough to beat for genuine Toyota.
Defo use again and again

Item was heavy and fragile. Arrived safe and into a covid safe location and on the day defined. Only draw back. Website tracking refused enquiries so I could not ensure anyone was available to sign on the door step. No signature required as it turned out but caused some panic as the item was needed following a break in and I could not afford it not to be delivered that day..
