The product is giving completely inaccurate results and the company is shady. They lie and boast about having an office in Spain while they have not. They had a fake google maps location in Diagonal avenue in Barcelona, which did not exist. I had to report it to Google myself and the maps location was put down in 5 minutes by Google and verified to be a fake.

The lie is alive and online - just google with keywords "Veriff Spain office" and you will land to the fake office location boasting. (I am not allowed to put a link here)

They handled my complicated NIE process well, even though my case was especially tricky. (initially I was outside EU. Then I had to repeat my process in Spain) but they handled them very well!

Creo que se trata de una empresa unipersonal, hay una agente inmobiliaria llamada Alicia. Al principio parecía amable.

Luego, en la fase en la que estábamos a punto de firmar un contrato, trajo condiciones sorpresa: "tienes que pagar 3 meses de depósito, 3 meses de alquiler por adelantado y 120 euros de depósito extra por cada mes".

Esto fue un shock porque estas no estaban en las condiciones originales en absoluto. Entonces, todavía le pregunté algo amablemente y ella me regañó: "¿Vas a firmar o no? No tenemos tiempo, si no vas a firmar hay una cola de inquilinos que están rogando por firmar". La amable persona que estaba tratando de engañarnos al principio ahora se volvió muy grosera.

No puedo creer lo obvia que fue esta estafa. Sus condiciones eran completamente ilegales, trató de estafarnos.
