QVC is and has always been such a professional outfit. I’ve been using them since 1997 and aiwats been happy with my purchases. Quality is always good and their returns policy is fantastic and I think I’ve only ever returned 3 items in all that time. They’re always ahead of the game with new inventions. I totally rate them and the fantastic value they give in their Today’s Special Value items.

QVC is always so reliable. Their products have always been good quality. Everything always arrives promptly. Their customer care team have always been so helpful and courteous. I've never had a bad experience in the 28 years I've been using them. I love the fact they have always been ahead of the game with new inventions and the like. Where else can you try out a perfume or a mattress and return it if you don't like it? They are a very fair and trustworthy retailer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They had micro fibre towels long/years before they were being sold in shops. Always prompt delivery, great customer service and I think I only ever returned one item in all those years ! A great shopping channel which offers quibble free returns. What more could you ask for ❤️❤️😊

The way in which Octopus Energy explains their fees and methodology makes things very clear. There doesn't appear to be anything hidden which is refreshing. They seem to be transparent in trying to do right by their customers.

Our experience of Omega Cars was a great. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The man at collection point in Christchurch even looked for a holder for my phone for the car and a dual usb charger to use in the cigarette lighter. He lent us both items which were v useful. The man who shuttled is to Omega Cars in Christchurch and the man who shuttled us to the airport in Queenstown were both so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Omega Cars as the service was seamless. Thank you 😊

This was my first time using The Paint Shed. The service was brilliant. Ordered one day and it was delivered the following day by DPD. A completely seamless service from start to finish plus it was free delivery when you spent over £50. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.
