terrible service & untrustworthy

Wish I had read the reviews before booking. The warnings were all there. They tried to make me do more than what was needed, overcharged and generally gave me poor advice. What should have been a straightforward service and MOT, they then tried to pile on extra's bringing the total cost to almost £1000. When I showed the proposed work to another garage they were aghast at what was being proposed and the cost. Be very careful of this garage.
To add, they were supposed to pick up the car between 8am & 10am, they showed up gone 11am. The car was supposed to be back between 4pm and 6pm, it's now 6.20pm, I have no car and can't get hold of anyone. The phone either goes to mailbox which is full and unable to take messages, or it rings and then cuts off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!!!

Contract is all in favout of Parklet, no protection for tenant.

I rented a parking space for over 1 year through parklet. I subsequently cancelled and was only able to give notice from the start day of the month of the contract so I ended up paying for an extra month. I then asked for my deposit back after I had returned the remote control and no longer had access to the parking space. The landlord advised Parklet that I had returned the control but Parklet would only allow me to request the deposit back until after the contract had expired, so I had to wait several more weeks. I then requested the deposit back and received an email stating that they would check with the landlord and if all was well they would return the deposit 7 - 14 days later.
What a dishonest company who makes it so difficult to cancel and return the deposit.
Beware of these unfair and disadvantageous practices followed by this company.

I’ve had a policy with them for over 10…

I’ve had a policy with them for over 10 years, the cost goes up every single year without fail. I have now had to claim a large sum and all of a sudden the excess was over £400.00 I have queried this but no doubt they will come back with some fine print that leaves me out of pocket. You simply can’t trust insurers.

We introduce a 20% excess for all older pets from the first renewal after the pet reaches a certain age. This is deducted from all claims after the flat excess is deducted. False selling

False selling. I read the T’s & C’s thouroughly before buying as there’s a good chance swimwear would not look good. No indication of the re-stocking fee. This is false advertising! £8 handling fee plus pay for return shipping having spent £130 which seems to be the common spend. They are a rip-off, quality seems ok but as u didn’t keep items don’t know if they will last.
STAY AWAY FRIM THIS STORE! Terrible experience

Spotahome take on dodgy landlords who…

Spotahome take on dodgy landlords who don't return the deposit for more than 2 months and Spotahome does nothing to help. They charge administration fees fees for having taken a walk through the apartment but neglect to advise that just outside the apartment it is disgusting. Can’t be trusted and are a huge ripoff!
