I’ve used Staysure travel insurance for a number of years now, I found other providers just increased the premium because of a previous diagnosis, one I’ve had no lasting or continuous problems with, Staysure look further into the diagnosis and charge accordingly.

After having a recent operation, it was a requirement to provide an update before paying for my annual policy, again the operation wasn’t taken at face value, the operator asked further questions, to my surprise, the annual cost had decreased, only a little but just shows how fair Staysure are.

Lovely coat. I’m 5’2, the coat reaches to just above my ankles. I have quite chubby upper arms, this coat was roomy enough. I like that you can unzip the bottom part of the zip to allow for large walking strides and the secure hood is an added bonus, it would definitely keep you dry.

I’ve had this in place for a few years now.

Once the advert is set up and your rates set, the only communication you receive is when there is a booking which is great, it means your inbox isn’t filled with advertising rubbish.

An initial email is received confirming the booking, accepting the booking is simple then a follow up email confirming the contact details, it’s as simple as that!!

I send a brief email just to confirm everything is in place from my side, meet the person on the day or let them know I’ll not be available to meet them but send them an email confirming where they can park.

That is it, payment is quick too

I’m livid! I ordered a folding shower screen, it stands 3ft high by less than a foot wide, ordering was easy, timeframe to delivery was great however, when the driver arrived he wheeled the item to the front door and two pallets (nailed together to make a T Shape) with my tiny boxed parcel inside, it was shrink wrapped multiple times, when I asked the driver if he was taking the pallets away, he said NO, that was down to the customer. If I could attach a picture I would, the box inside looked tiny compared the huge set of pallets erected to house something much bigger and despite the large packaging and shrink wrapping, the box inside was soaked. Beware if ordering from Victoria Plumbing, you’ll be left with more packaging that is down to you to dispose of. Sadly for me, it’s still stuck on my drive as I have no way of disposing of it myself.
After reading the response from Victoria Plumbing I am even more annoyed, I understand packaging to secure the item HOWEVER, the item was less than a foot wide and 3ft high, the packaging was two huge pallets stuck together with two 3x2 pieces of wood yet the packaging itself was still damaged - the packaging was massively excessive and I suspect a cheap way for you to dispose of our waste pallets.

Little effort required from me. The couple kept in touch, arrived on time, confirmed when they would return to collect their car. Apparently using park to let saved them having to pay for extortionate airport parking.
