I passed my driving test on the first attempt thanks to Francis Dowey! He’s an amazing instructor who quickly spotted my weaknesses and helped me focus on improving them. He made sure I fully understood all the key rules and didn’t overlook anything important before my test. The mock tests we did were incredibly helpful and really boosted my confidence. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor — highly recommended!

They cancelled my last order due to not having any available drivers but they won't issue the refund... Horrible customer service, they've been repeating the same things for weeks now. Awful company...

I got charged for services I never signed up for

I cancelled all my contracts with them today after noticing I've been charged for services I've never signed up for in the first place. The customer support agent was understanding and helpful, but I didn't get any refund for it in the end. When I asked about the activation method of the products in question they said they sent me an email about it... It is illegal to upgrade/upsell products with any notification in the UK (email or text message). You must get consent on the phone or a signature from the customer. It's a very stupid way of losing a long-time customer...

My whole experience with Guitar Mastery…

My whole experience with Guitar Mastery has been frustrating! I bought the book a few months back to practice at home on my own time. I noticed I was being charged monthly for a guitar course I have never subscribed to for months. I am still trying to get a refund and the guy who's looking after this is just telling me lies. Stay away from them!

Avoid this company at all cost

This is my second negative review after having been waiting for an engineer to come to fix some issues with my meters for over a year.

The worst customer support I've ever seen in my life, they will keep you in the loop and never solve anything. They overcharged me for months because of the faulty meters. They said they need to come to check the meters (in 2021). They still haven't booked an engineer and have been overcharging me all this time. I tried getting help over emails, phone calls, and Twitter. Still nothing.

Avoid this company at all cost. It's a scam.

Stay away from this company

Like many other Ovo customers, I switched to green energy to do my part with the battle on global warming. The service was good in the beginning.

Until I noticed that they increased my monthly bills from £45 to £72 without any notice. I enquired about the issue and they told me that my energy consumption was more than expected. Which turned out to be a fault statement after checking my gas/electric meters. They told me that the meters are faulty and need to be checked by a technician which I've been waiting to get an appointment for the last 8 months.

In the meantime, they increased my direct debit for the second time to £120, even though I explained what was going on with the meters on the call several times. Of course, I've been paying these bills as it would affect my credit score badly if I haven't been due to regulations on direct debit. I believe they use this situation to keep people in the loop and make them pay as they increase the bills regularly.

The representatives at the call centre are not there to help you but just to keep you in the loop. As I've made at least 5-6 enquiries about the issue and the response has been the same like they have a script in front of them and just reading that.

Then I've made a Google search to see if other people are being affected by the same issue. Turns out they've been even got sued for overcharging thousands of people, and all the reviews I've seen so far were exactly the same as the issue I am having with them.

I have no chance but to take legal action now after 8 months of struggle with the call centre and being overcharged. Stay away from this company, make your research before subscribing to any of their products. They're so unethical on the contrary to how they position themselves and they have ridiculous customer support that would never help you but to get on your nerves.

Just avoid them

After buying the ticket, no chance to contact them to ask for info or make any change. I bought flexible tickets by paying some extra so that I can change my flight dates if I needed to. But they won't really my emails and phone number doesn't seem to be a valid one. There's no settings on the website either. Just avoid them!

Overcharged for months, terrible customer service

I've been overcharged for months now. Even though they installed a smart meter still can't figure out my energy usage. My monthly payments went up to £120/pm from £45. They said they will send a technician to check out the meter which never happened yet they continued to overcharge me. Just waiting for my contract to end, I'll definitely switch to another supplier.
