My order was left at the wrong address and I found it a day later thrown on some waste ground soaking wet. Thankfully the items were ok, I have returned them but won't be ordering anymore items from cotton traders,I'm not blaming your company, evri delivery driver was at fault, the same thing happened just before Christmas with another company I ordered from, only that was left on back lane to my house and was stolen

Everi driver said on message parcel delivered to a secure place (we were in all day) and took a picture which wasn't of our garden. Then I realised he'd left it on the back lane at the back of my house which I dont have access to, this is a public road and prob the parcel was picked up and taken by some thief, well done everi driver that was too idle to drive round and deliver it properly, shame on you

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, tried several attempts using different options to cancel my order which have all drawn a blank. How do they get away with saying they are a UK business when they are not. Now waiting for my order but already know they will be cheap shite from china

What went wrong!!!!! You lot are a bunch of scammers, but you didn't get my money because the bank has stopped payment to you.shame on you robbing decent people, get off your backsides and get a proper job. Just answer have offered to contact me privately to discuss my concern, I have nothing to discuss with them. Their offer to help in the beginning was at a price of £1.00, they dont tell you you've signed up for a monthly subscription costing me £35 per month, they never discussed that and I certainly did not agree to it. So dont even bother getting in touch as I have nothing to say to you. Ive tried getting in touch with just ask, to cancel a subscription I didn't even sign up for or agree to, so please just ask, How do I unsubscribe

None of my products i ordered were wrapped or sealed, customer service difficult to get hold of, no email address, I have heard nothing back from this company and will never order or recommend to any of my friends or family, I am disgusted with look fantastic

Bought a W resin light up initial with dried flowers in for my sister, absolutely disgraceful product, nothing like as advertised, sharp edges and broken glass on the back, its going in the bin cause that's all its fit for, dont bother buying. 25/10/2025. I have just had an email from the company asking me to send a picture of my ordered item to point out what's wrong with it, well they made it and sent it out so they know what it looks like. To be honest there's nothing I like about my order so they couldn't rectify it anyway.

Just recieved my calendar, thankyou optimalprint its perfect, a christmas present for my sister. She'll love it and so do I, thankyou once again I'm so pleased with the pictures and quality of your product and will be ordering again in the future

Three of the pictures I chose of my family some of them had their heads chopped off so I'm a bit disappointed as its a gift for my sister.
I have since been contacted by optimal print ( a lady called Carol ) and they are looking into my complaint. My order number is #34331186. Had a apology from optimal print but found out it was my fault, I didn't alter the images to fit in the space on the calendar. But they let me order a replacement free of charge, so thankyou optimal print.

I bought some gel nail polish, very disappointed with your product, I didn't dry, was streaky and the smell is awful. I suppose you get what you pay for, cheap and nasty. I'll pay more next time and get a lot better product.

After looking forward to your meal deal I was very disappointed, it didn't taste of very little and both the fries and burger were nearly cold and they forgot to give me my cold drink, won't be going back.
