I think I’d call this a green delivery! I might be mistaken but the courier was using a bicycle! He was very pleasant

Ordered a parcel from a store, on Monday I was told that the delivery was delayed and would be delivered the following day. Thursday arrived and parcel has gone ‘missing’ This is not good enough! Very little confidence in Evri.

There was a problem with my delivery. I called Next customer service. I was helped by a polite and helpful manager.

The courier was polite and respectful. I was sent an email this morning saying it would be delivered today. Unfortunately there was no time window in my email or the tracking. This could have been helpful.

Said at 6.56 am item being loaded onto van. Check back later. Nothing changed over the weekend. I even had a chat with Yodel U.K. web chat they were unable to help as they had the same information as I had at 6.56 am Saturday. This morning I called the retailer who said they would contact yodel.
Later this morning I received a message saying the parcel would be delivered today (20/02/2023) I have now received the parcel. No explanation why it wasn’t delivered on Saturday.

Says parcel was delivered to a safe place-hh what does that mean???? No photo. Phone number for courier is incorrect- not good enough! My daughter has just had a baby she doesn’t need this with a week old baby!!

Ordered the Farrow large sideboard in grey. Slim, fits into my dining room well. The only thing that could be improved would be the drawers, when you open them they tend to droop down.

I was pleasantly surprised how fast my items arrived! Ordered on Saturday and delivered bright and early on Monday morning.
Table is ideal, quick and easy to assemble. The chairs came well packaged. Lovely and sturdy. Pleased with the quality!
