Great customer service from Dave

Fairly new here and I just wanted to confirm the payout process and how long it would take on the chance I win. They try to aim for three days which it states in the reviews, but I didn’t see anything negative about not being paid. I’m going to give it a try thanks, Dave

Cannot be trusted

This is my second review. I did get my winnings eventually as per my first review.

I waited weeks but then decided to give it another chance. I noticed $10 was my account so I thought it was left over from my last play. I played it and won nothing. Deposited 30 and went to play a game and it said I had a bonus so wouldn’t let me play that game. I reached out to chat which I’m sure was AI. Asked about the bonus and they told me the money would be taken if I cancelled it. The bonus was put in my account from a manager.

Playing online for years, you know they’re going to take what’s left over of the bonus or winnings. I had pennies left over from the bonus. So I cancelled the bonus like I’ve done so many times before where they take just what’s left but no they took my new 30 dollar deposit as well!! They literally stole $30 from me . After many times asking them to close my account, and asking me why or telling me to think about it, I said close it! I was then told me my account was suspended. What a joke. They gave me an account manager’s email. Shared the above with the manager and told them to close my account. Please be very careful playing on this site. They are not to be trusted.

Still waiting almost a week now for my $500 winnings to be deposited into my account.

I blame myself as I always look on Trust Pilot for reviews with regards to accessing a new casino. Unfortunately there is a casino with a very similar name - 4/5 reviews and I did not figure that out until after I won. I withdrew $500 at 12:05 AM Thursday, February 14th so they’ve had the whole day on the 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and today, 18th and still no winnings in my account. I was told that they process 24 hours- seven days a week??? I believe I will get it eventually. The frustrating part is that everything is cut and paste and you rarely get any genuine response. You’re dealing with AI many times which I can’t stand. I do love the games and the platform was amazing. This is disappointing. It’s not my first time this has happened a casino but it makes me lose faith very quickly. I’m used to getting a payment within the same day. I’m just hoping today is the day that I will get my small little win.

My experience has been excellent

My experience has been excellent. I did read from some of the reviews that the withdrawal process can be up to 3 to 4 days. I was okay with that because they have all my favourite games and it is great platform. I cashed out $1000 12 hours ago, which was returned to my account requesting for more validation info. I added what they requested and within the hour, my winnings were deposited into my account ! Can’t ask for better customer service than that thank you!!

Impressed so far. Great customer support.

New to this casino and the platform is great. All my favourite games! I cashed out my winnings and knowing that each casino is different, I reached out to Live chat and Garry was excellent. He was so patient with my many questions as I tend to get nervous when I withdraw winnings for the first time at a casino. I read that it takes a few days which can be longer than most; however, after speaking to Garry I have no doubt that I will see that in my account within the next day or so.
