Don’t buy anything

I bought a sample pack making very sure I wasn’t signing up to a membership.

They took my details and charged me anyway. I had to charge back and they sent me a snotty email.

They still ring hassling me about a free offer.

Avoid the hassle and fraud. Waste of space.

Hi Stuart. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were unaware of our subscription element. We make this very clear at every stage of the sign-up process. You also receive an email once you have signed up detailing your subscription dates, next billing dates and our cancellation policy on our website. Our Ts & Cs are available to view on our website via this link https://www.beer52.com/terms. This is also where you can find our cancellation policy.

We require 3 working days' notice before any billing to cancel or change an order. If this is not given, then at that stage, we cannot offer a refund as the order has already been processed to our warehouse.

I am sorry if you have been receiving calls or messages from us that you may not want to receive any longer. Your marketing settings will remain how you selected when you signed up with us, even after your account is closed. I am unable to see your email address here, so please feel free to log in to your account and switch your marketing settings off from your profile. Nothing but problems.

Nothing but problems, scam artists! AVOID.

I’ve used in the past without an issue but not this time.

I seem to spend my free time on hold calling them to resolve issues caused by Attraction after paying £4,500 for Orlando freedom tickets.

A complete joke

A complete joke! Don’t spend your money here!

During these difficult times most people are happy to accept disruption with supply chains but this company fails to communicate issues and errors. It almost seems from the tone on the emails and website that this behaviour is acceptable.

Their automated email system even said not to contact them...... WOW!!

I’m sorry buy you can’t tell customers not to contact you when they have spent money on an order which hasn’t arrived.

After complaining that I had still not received my order I was told it was ready and will be sent out, that was a week ago. After another chasing email my order is apparently not ready and I will have to wait for the next batch. Who knows when that is as they neglected to mention it. I suspect because they cant meet dates.

Full of lies and promises they can’t keep. Terrible.

High pressure selling

Very limited information when completing the organisation account. Follow up phone call from DBS Checks was aggressive and seemed like high pressure selling tactics. Made me feel very uneasy.
