Incorrect item sent and 6 day resolution investigation …

The item I purchased is great when I actually received it but I was sent the wrong item initially and then had to go through the resolution team to decide if my claim was genuine for 6 days. They agreed and item sent. Whole time period of 13 days to be received.

Installation of a 5kw system …

When contacted with the offer they allowed me time to view the offer and decide. Then on the day of installation it was done quickly and smoothly. I was able to choose my preferred method of payment
