I ordered one pair of underwear to try before replacing all my underwear. Glad I did not order more. I ordered a Large based on their size guide and policy of no returns. The underwear I received was very uncomfortable and cut very badly in the inseam for someone with a Large size waist. While it fits in the waist, when I bend over the underwear only covers about half of my rear. This company had no interest in helping me with this issue. If I could give it a 0 I would. I booked a ticket and made a mistake on the time. Booked another ticket and weeks later they reached out because they could not honor it. I asked to cancel both and they refuse. Only their mistake will they cancel. Customer service was terrible and hard to get a hold of. I would book tickets through another service and would NEVER RECOMMEND Rail Ninja.
