Don’t even bother trying to use their product for a passport application because the digital passport photo you get from them will be rejected by the passport office. Don’t believe a single guarantee from them that it meets required criteria.
And most importantly don’t be deceived by how good it looks while they’re processing it by removing the background, doing a few edits and then claiming a human has physically checked it to confirm it passes all tests and requirements. Absolute nonsense! Save yourself time, money and your peace of mind.
