Customer support just ignores you when…

Customer support just ignores you when they dont know the answer. Asked them about their invoicing sysrtem because there are so many problems with it and they seem to be misleading the people on their platform and they just ignore me.

Working with commercium has been a long…

Working with commercium has been a long and tedious experience so far. We asked them to connect our wix store to veeqo to manage the inventory and orders. The timeline they gave us was 21 days to complete the job, we are now over 100 days into the project and it is still not working. The fact that they cant even get the inventory levels to sync correctly seems like its their first time doing this. There have been countless missed deadlines and so many mistakes. At this stage we are wondering if they will ever be able to make this work. If they can eventually make this work i will update the review.

Wix releasing new features when their current features don't work

Whats the point of having team permission settings if you have to give everyone access to your entire business just so they can complete a single task. I had to give my accountant ownership access to my entire wix partner account just so they can see invoices. Now i have hired a contractor and i will need to give them ownership access just so they can edit custom code on one single site. So they will see invoices, customer contact details, all sites, payment details etc. just to complete one task. whoever set up this feature needs to be fired. Its impossible to run a business on this platform

Scam

Scam. I paid extra for flexible tickets and then when you try change the date to a much later date (4 months later) they still charge you an extra 300 euro.

Scam app. You deposit money and then it won't let you log in. You go through the whole log in process, verification code etc then it takes you back to the log in page

Scam website. They have a colour code system which is green yellow red. Green being the cheapest. However when you click the yellow days it's cheaper than the green days. Sneaky

To give some background, the month and price by colour feature works by storing prices users have found for a specific route over the past 4 days. The more searches users do on a given route, the more accurate the prices we are able to show on that page and the colour representing it. As flight tickets and availability change frequently, the prices that you see on the month page are therefore only estimated prices, which we always indicate on the relevant page.

The worst experience I've ever had booking a flight. Complete scam. The pay button said 402 then the just decide to take an extra 20 euro from my account. Then they don't even send me a ticket. Useless

Revolut customer support is useless

Revolut customer support is useless. I received a damaged card and after sending them multiple images of the card they kept requesting more images. Then they told me to terminate the card and order another one. Then I kept getting an error message when trying to order a new card. Support told me that the solution was to order a new card.... they said this after sending multiple screenshots of the error message. They don't read your messages and keep sending generic replies. How hard is it to just issue another card.

Typical corporation BS

Typical corporation BS. It's impossible to contact them. They close your account for no reason. I create websites on Wix and sell them. Stripe literally has a partnership with Wix, so why would I be a restricted business? Customer service is a joke, Live chat doesn't work. You can't call them.

Update - this company is a complete scam. they steal peoples money and wont pay it to their bank accounts and wont give you a reason.

So far not great

So far not great, when you sign up it says they'll contact you. Why do I need to speak to a human? Every other provider allows you to set up your account and verify it without having to speak to anyone. Then when you try call them no one answers and the call drops. Not a great start. Payment providers in SA have a lot of catching up to do to be on par with the global standard

Straight up scam

Straight up scam. Its almost impossible to withdraw your money. When you eventually figure out how to withdraw they charge you $35 dollars. Terrible user interface and no customer support
