Always top quality roses from David Austin. They might be slightly more expensive than you can get from the "big online" garden stores, but you definitely pay for the quality. I've been using David Austin for a few years now and all of the roses I've bought are incredibly strong, healthy and thriving!
They are delivered in great condition and the instructions available for planting and annual care are really useful.

Ordered a few times before and always a good experience. Well priced products with good offers. When arrived they are all as expected. The team will help answer questions and resolve any issues. Quicker response via phone than Whatsapp.

DHL delivery isn't too great - for our area it is quite an unreliable delivery company. I always select Parcelforce in the basket as they are much better, but it always comes DHL regardless.

Would not recommend and will never be ordering again. I order enough oil for my tank - I have a Kingspan Advanced so I can see how much I need quite accurately. The delivery arrived but the driver was struggling with the remote control which allows them to fill the tank from the nozzle without going back to the pump. Unfortunately he was unable to fill the tank. He told me there would be no charge as it was not my fault.

A week later I get the invoice from Boilerjuice giving me a refund for the undelivered fuel, minus a £10 fee. I contacted them to dispute this - my tank was not full (and I could prove it from my Watchman), the reason for part delivery was not my fault but the supplier's, and also I was assured there would be no charge by the driver!

Unfortunately Boilerjuice have no interest in this and have told me there is nothing they can do. They keep advising me the charge is from the supplier, which is fine, but ultimately I am the customer of Boilerjuice and not the supplier in question. So it is for Boilerjuice to remedy the issue and not for me to chase up their third party supplier!

Honestly, I have never experienced such poor customer service - no interest in helping me and what seems to be copy-and-pasted AI responses. Once they have your money they really don't care.

I have had oil tanks for many years and have used Boilerjuice a few times, but never again. You'll be better off shopping directly with your local supplier (who adds no service charge!!) or Homefuels Direct, who seem to always be cheaper nowadays anyway! And I can confirm these other companies value your custom and aren't willing to lose a customer over the sake of £10!

Stay away!!

Another great cruise on P&O this time on Arvia. It is definitely a big ship with lots of people, but it is very modern and clean with lots to do, eat and drink onboard. We decided we prefer the smaller ships for more of a quiet and relaxing experience, but that is personal preference and I know many who prefer the choice of the bigger ships!

The check-in process from landing in Barbados was perfect. No more than 40 mins from being sat on the aeroplane to being sat in the Skydome!
