I interact daily with Customer Service departments from many different vendors. PFleet's Customer Service is by far, the best that I work with. Your Reps ALWAYS go above and beyond to resolve my issue or help me with whatever I need to complete my job. We switched to PFleet Fuel Cards because the fuel card company we were using had all kinds of additional fees and fines they would tack on to our monthly bill. PFleet has great integrity compared to our previous company and that integrity is also see in their Customer Service Representatives. Great Job PFleet!

Once again I received excellent service from PFleet. The representatives that I spoke with were professional and knowledgeable and helped me cancel the cards needed, order the cards needed and adjust our spending limits. We have had other Fuel Card companies in the past and PFleet is definitely a cut above the rest!

The representative I spoke with understood my inquiry and took the time to advise me of several options I could choose to get the information from the Nextraq system. She was patient, she listened and she explained things to me in conversation, not a "scripted" response that seems to be the norm these days. I was very happy with her excellent customer service!
