WARNING - HORRIBLE SUPPORT - DID NOT PAY.
I sent TWO phones into Decluttr. They were sent in TWO separate packages via USPS. USPS tracking clearly shows that they received both packages. They paid for ONE and have never acknowledge receipt of the second (even though I have pictures of the labels and USPS tracking shows both were delivered. Mistakes happen, I get that. But they DO NOT EVEN RESPOND to inquires. I tried by phone (no longer supported), by chat (never got back to me after saying they would) and by the website (No answer).
Save your self the trouble and sell your tech elsewhere.
11/15/2019 UPDATE
I received a response from "Marc C" Decluttr support at 5AM PST on 11/12. His replay stated that "I have escalated this to a Manager and you will have a response within 48 hours". It has been over 72 hours and I have not received any contact from the Manager. Continue to be very disappointed with the lack of communication / follow through.
In regards to the reply below... I brought this to their attention 10 days ago - How much time is reasonable to locate a device when I have provided them a tracking number? That said, my poor review is not based upon the situation (as I sated above, mistakes happen)... it is based upon the complete lack of communication / follow through.
11/22/2019 UPDATE
I was never contacted by "the Manager", so I wrote in again on 11/18. Nothing... Crickets... Going on 21 days since the phones were sent in. I have reached out a dozen times and have yet to receive a response beyond 'Thanks for the inquiry... someone will get back to you.'. But, nobody ever gets back to me...

I have emailed 2 more times. Still nothing. Apparently "the Manager" and Decluttr do not care enough to even respond.
