Trip cancelled with no explaination
Reviewed what was available via the website over the past few weeks. Organised family arrangements etc for the holiday and then phoned the help desk to confirm a few things about the property before booking with the agent over the phone.
Received an email today saying that the property no longer available and that the holiday has now been cancelled.
Poor experience. Will think twice about using again.
