ASDA self service petrol station Blyth Northumberland have held my £99 for five days now. It's supposed to be 24 - 48 hours maximin. So £13.02 worth of diesel on the 28th march has cost me £112.02 up to now. Online website and mobile phone app not working again and no one is answering the phones. This is happening quite often now. When they closed all the branches they said internet banking would be easier. If it worked as it should it might be easier but it is not working often enough. No explanation what the problem is or when to expect it to be resolved.
EDIT, I'm pleased the CO-OP Bank responded to my review, and they are right the website and mobile app are both working again, but it is worrying that this is happening so often, is it the result of cyber attacks or malicious hacking,
