Rubbish service
Twice I have received an email saying that my parcel has been delivered and received personally by myself and I’ve not had anything. Yodel have had photographic evidence of my parcels left at someone else’s door and have documented that I have actually received these items personally when nothing of the sort has taken place! When trying to contact Yodel, they just apologise for the inconvenience caused!
I don’t think this service should be used!
