Rubbish service

Twice I have received an email saying that my parcel has been delivered and received personally by myself and I’ve not had anything. Yodel have had photographic evidence of my parcels left at someone else’s door and have documented that I have actually received these items personally when nothing of the sort has taken place! When trying to contact Yodel, they just apologise for the inconvenience caused!
I don’t think this service should be used!

It's incredibly frustrating to receive notifications that your parcels have been delivered and signed for by you when, in reality, they were left at someone else's door. This is certainly not the level of service you should expect. Please know that we are committed to improving our service to ensure timely and accurate deliveries in the future. I’ve received my order but no reference…

I’ve received my order but no reference number to return an item and unable to contact company as telephone number is invalid and wrote to Roov but no response! I will now have to go through my credit card company for a refund! Bad customer services

Thank you for your recent review.

I'm really sorry that you're unhappy with the service given.

I've had a look at our email chain and can't see any complaints from you, just us giving you the returns information and you confirming it's being sent back.

As soon as it's received back as mentioned a full refund will be processed for you.

I can see we also responded to all emails within 48 hours (working days) so I'm unsure why you feel that you need to go to your credit card company - please get in touch with us regarding this and we'll do what we can to resolve your complaints.

Hi Alison, as your order is coming in from Spain you were informed at the time of purchase that it would take 10-14 days to arrive, in which we are still within the parameters of. Having checked your order notes, we can see that they arrived in to our warehouse yesterday and have been processed for dispatch today - they should be with you tomorrow.

Apologies that you received a review request before your order arrived, the invites are automated by Trustpilot to be sent during a time period after the initial order date, which can mean occasionally invites are sent before items arrive.

Fantastic swift service with email…

Fantastic swift service with email contact on the order of my E-bike.
Brilliant E-bike bought that a lot of my family and friends are thinking about buying.
And to top it all off, I had a DLock and a phone holder as free gifts.
Can’t recommend enough. Thank you Hygge

I have experienced two bad situations…

I have experienced two bad situations with this car sales company and would advise to avoid when looking for a car to purchase.
I arranged a test drive in two cars at least 3 weeks prior to the date. I took time off work, travelled from Swansea to Bridgend and arranged for a family member to come with me.
When I arrived on the scheduled date, I was told that one of the cars I wanted to test drive was not available. I was given an uncleaned car of similar choice to test drive and my family member suffered allergies as the previous owner had used the car to transport a dog.
The second experience was greatly disappointing as Nathaniel’s advertised a car that I wanted to purchase with the incorrect tax ie they advertised the car to be £170 per year when it was actually £590 per year. This tax price was to be paid for the following two years. Obviously, this was not in my budget and Nathaniel’s were not able to compensate me for the money I lost in preparations to exchange my car for their car.
I would never use this car company again and if there was a zero rating I would use this.
