Very poor service. I am emailing every 3 days. I was scammed for £975 by a company and never got any confirmation re booking Barclaycard arguing that I need evidence via the company but I got nothing. 1 month later still no success. Next step FCA and financial ombudsman

Stay away from Booking.com. I booked car hire at £975.00 through them. Not a single email no confirmation. Had to rebook through another company. Booking.com defrauded me and I am now having to fight Barclaycard to get my money back as besides the charge I have no proof

You still have not sent me a single email or resolved my problem and my money remains stuck in your bloody system. I want a refund so I can close this nightmare account and never use you again. You also sent yme a survey for how you had done supporting me. How stupid when you haven’t bothered to try and help me at all
Update: Wise response was all just fancy words and the link they post just sends you back to the main website. Total waste of time and empty promises with my funds still stuck with them
