I placed a fraud/scam report to monzo on 24th january. I was told it would take 24hrs for someone to get back to me with updates about getting my money back. Ever since tuesday ive been chasing monzo to get updates. I keep getting pushed to pillar & post. Transfered to different people, being told the report has been esculated. I would like my money back from a scammer. No one seems to care. I just want my money back. I am very disappointed with monzos customer service and its not the first time theyve caused issues
