I placed a fraud/scam report to monzo on 24th january. I was told it would take 24hrs for someone to get back to me with updates about getting my money back. Ever since tuesday ive been chasing monzo to get updates. I keep getting pushed to pillar & post. Transfered to different people, being told the report has been esculated. I would like my money back from a scammer. No one seems to care. I just want my money back. I am very disappointed with monzos customer service and its not the first time theyve caused issues

I ordered on the 12th jan, a bedding set for myself. Never had an issue till today, was never sent tracking when it was shipped, supposedly on 12th via royal mail. It was 48hr tracked, which would have been either yesterday or today for delivery.
I emailed online home shop to find out where my parcel was. Turns out hadnt even been handed to royal mail, meaning it NEVER LEFT ONLINE HOME SHOP.
I have only received a small refund of £3 something, when my order was more and i used clearpay, and it should have been £7 refund.
I am now being completely ignored by online home shop, i have asked for them to cancel refund for a replacement or refund me in full.
They are cleaely posting on their facebook page, and ignoring my emails.
I am not very happy, ive used them many times before with no issues. Unfortunately now i will be taking this higher if i dont get a response from them.

I ordered on the 31st october. It took a week for it to be despatched. It was delivered yesterday
DHL was useless, my delivery was supposed to be between 1pm and 2pm but it was not delivered until 5.30pm!!!
I contacted the range and dhl but i had absolutly no help at all from customer service from either the range or dhl.
Customer service did not assist me at all!! I am disabled and cannot go to my local range and rely on online ordering. I was very upset and angry

Absolutly disgrace debt collectors. Been harrassed for money i dont actually owe, rhis has been going on since december 2020.
Only just dealing with my formal complaint, and being told the evidence ive provided isnt enough when i was told it was.
Absolutly disgusting!!! Money grabbing scammers!!! This is harrassement

Very helpful gave me all information i needed and got me enrolled there and then on the phone
Very helpful and supportive

Hermes are irresponsible, leave parcels in insafe places, damages parcels and frequently loses them.
Doesn't update tracking properly
Cant be bothered to deliver most of the time

Amazing quality of products, quick delivery and reasonable prices too. Not to expensive and really good delivery rates

Will be ordering again soon for some presents for my daughter
