I ordered Office 2024 Pro Plus. I was emailed an activation code, but no instructions or link to be able to download Office 2024. So I have an activation code that so far, is activating nothing for me.

Update: I entered the code on the Office activation site a number of times, using Chrome and then Edge. When i clicked on '64-bit' to begin the download, a message saying that there were technical difficulties and to try again later came up every time. I ordered from a different company on Gameflip and went through the same steps, and the process worked.

Sometimes the message is 'Network Error'. Other times, it tells me that my microphone is in use. And other times it asks me to Allow microphone access, (which is already enabled on my computer), and it ends my attempted call before I can even click on 'Allow microphone access'.

I had one issue with the first transfer. I did not have a working phone at the time, and so I planned to borrow a phone to call Instarem to verify my transfer. However, Instarem did not have a phone number where I could reach someone (at least at that time that was the case - all calls just went to a message).

It took several days of back and forth messaging for this information to finally be made clear to me, and I had been offering alternative ways to verify the entire time.

After I finally was able to get Verification, all has gone very smoothly and the transfers have arrived early, which is really helpful.

Items arrived sooner than expected and everything was packed carefully. Thank you!
