My family along with 2 kids were stranded in Delhi Airport for 12 hours due to immense negligence of TripMonster.
I was travelling with my family (myself, wife and 2 kids) from OSL-IST-DEL-HYD on 10th December 2022, thru Turkish & Indigo Airlines. INDIGO airlines confirmed even the seat numbers as 12 A,B,C,D for Delhi to Hyderabad trip through INDIGO airlines BEFORE WE STARTED OUR JOURNEY and when we reached the Indigo counter at Delhi Airport to pick the boarding pass for my wife, and 2 kids as Turkish airlines at OSLO, had some system issue to generate the ticket for all 4 passengers from Oslo to Hyderabad. They managed to get the boarding pass for only me for entire trip and asked to collect boarding pass for remaining 3 passengers, my wife and 2 kids at Indigo Airlines at Delhi Airport.
When we reached the counter there came the first shock at 7:00 AM, that except my name, rest of my family member’s names are missing from the list of passengers who were supposed to take the 9:55 AM flight on 11th Dec.
Why did this situation arise? When I called up My booking agent (TRIP MONSTER), the customer service representative says they can see our (4) confirmed names in the entire trip. Then when I called Turkish airlines, they too confirmed that all the passenger’s itinerary is confirmed and there should not be any problem for us to fly. Then called up INDIGO airlines finally to confirm the tickets, The INDIGO customer service representative said are names are missing and they cannot help.
Now, the INDOGO airlines officer says she cannot find the names in the list?
I kept calling my booking agent, Turkish airlines, and Indigo airlines for more than 4hours, each one of them putting the blame on each other and not ready to attend to the issue and resolve.
I could not take the flight leaving my wife and sick kids stranded in the DELHI AIRPORT alone and fly to Hyderabad. The Turkish airlines representative was not even ready to forward the call to the senior to solve the problem. Finally, ended up buying instant tickets through Vistara and paid over INR 1,10408 for 4 tickets and flew to Hyderabad.
A very pathetic situation created by, TRIP MONSTER, TURKISH AIRLINES and INDIGO. Poor customer service skills, not interested to refund my trip amount, don’t care for any seniors or their company reputation. Does a common man deserve this after having paid a huge amount for a Return International trip from OSLO- ISTANBUL-DELHI-HYDERABAD?
