I bought three Japanese style hanging basket brackets. They arrived quickly and were well-packed. They are thick and sturdy and the design is excellent. I wish they did more items in this style. I would buy them in a heartbeat

Donuts very very solid. Reheated according to instructions, the outside was perfect fatty, sugary coating, the jam was delicious real raspberry jam. But I couldn’t really swallow the dough, it was so solid

Wrong order sent. Had to return huge box, took 10 days to get replacement. Offered a £5 voucher!

I ordered five kilos of dates. The page showed a picture of whole dates. I received a bag of tiny pieces of date and a lot of date dusk. Useless. I feel very let down

Absolutely useless. I paid extra for next day service as it was ESSENTIAL that large parcel arrived. Was assured everything booked. Couldn’t have a time for collection as “express” service. Waited in all day - didn’t turn up.
Phoned them, we will book for next day. I asked what if they don’t arrive tomorrow “Oh, they will, I’ve asked them to” Which strongly suggests they didn’t book the previous day. Now have to redo all the labels. No offer of refund. Very hard to hear on phone as whole office appeared to be full of people telling “hilarious” jokes and screeching with laughter. I’m beyond furious.
AVOID THIS COMPANY

Edited after reply from company - I’m afraid that telling me that “these things happen” is not a satisfactory response. The correct procedure would have been to inform me as soon as the courier told you they were going to fail. And if this company does not inform you, I would ask why you would use such a company?

Edited again after I foolishly allowed the company to rebook. You guessed, they did not turn up. Many phone calls later, they told me that they were having lots of phone calls! Truly useless

Despite six separate “This was up! Live plants!” Signs, the parcel was left upside down

We always get a message giving us a time slot on the day. The parcels arrive in good condition and our drivers, especially Alin, are also friendly and helpful

Really excellent boots. The claim that they can be worn all day seems to be true. Warm, not sweaty, excellent grip on slippery, seaweed covered rocks

Very expensive product. I bought two with two of their Rapido fitting kits. Completely useless, impossible to fit so that the water ran into the water butt and did not block the down pipe. I did not open one packet and so asked to return it for a refund. Not response to email at all. Would never use this company again

Ordered two weeks ago. No information about delivery, no response to multiple emails

Tried to buy dress repeatedly. My Facebook feed full of adverts for the product. Constantly out of stock. I email to ask them to notify me when in stock. Then play the “game” of getting email saying it’s in stock and then trying to order and finding it’s out of stock. FINALLY manage to order it. Ten days later get an email stating that the order has been cancelled “at your request” Then get an email saying it’s out of stock. When I protest, they say it might be back in stock in May - that’s five months. And offer me a €25 coupon. For a product I can’t buy

Every time I use this company I am blown away by the speed of service and quality of products. Queries are dealt with speedily and effectively. Cannot fault them

We looked at a number of different brands of kitchen. We never really felt that the designers understood what we wanted - we were jusg offered a standard kitchen which fit the space. We were impressed by the range at Howdens and were very impressed that our designer, Claire, really listened to us and explained how the Howdens kitchen could fit with our plans. We are delighted with our kitchen, the units are robust and the matte finish is excellent- repels fingerprints but easy to clean
