I paid for a full one-year subscription to YouTube Premium and instead received a random 30-day membership. This was only after repeatedly chasing them for updates.

Their responses were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There is no real customer support — just excuses and poor communication.

It strongly appears they are using VPN services and manipulating account data to push short-term subscriptions while charging customers for long-term plans. There seems to be zero control, transparency, or accountability in their process.

This is dishonest and misleading. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying YouTube memberships through this seller to stay away. Completely untrustworthy.
