Shipping time is terrible & when pay for expedited shipping one would think items would arrive prior to 12 days & be sent a faster method than USPS. They did ultimately make it right with a refund but doesn’t change the fact that recipient didn’t receive the items timely for when was needed. Other than that the items are fine

Item ordered met expectations & the recipient really appreciated it! However, was a little disappointed in how long it took to receive as well as lack of communication on the shipping. Shipping cost was not cheap & entered the address so thought it would be delivered to their house. Get a confirmation that it was delivered 11 days from when order was placed but was never received. Contact Customer Support & got back to me the next day advising that it was left at the UPS Store & that the recipient of the gift had to go pick it up within 3 days. So the shipping cost, time & method leaves a little to be desired. However, Customer Service was very helpful & did get back to as promised & the item is great!

Delivery was fast & professional & they were very nice. The price was cheaper than anywhere else I had looked.

Very comforting to know that if my dog ever does get out, I can track him! It's a great tool as he goes to Day Care & Boards a lot & his away from home care takers also LOVE that we have Whistle on him in case of any unforeseen issues. I also love that I can track his activity & see his daily activity! It's a small price for big comfort!!
