The rose I wanted was out of stock, so I used the facility for being notified when it was once again available. This was useful and helpful. Having then ordered it, the rose arrived extremely promptly.

The SMS messages telling customers both when to expect their delivery and also when it has been delivered are very helpful. this week's delivery was later than usual and the van driver was prepared to carry the box up to our apartment's front door rather than just leaving it in the communal lobby. I recently renewed my insurance on the phone as I wanted to take advantage of a one-day discount being offered but only available for telephone renewals. When I accessed my saved quotation I discovered that all the medical declarations made in previous years could not be automatically transferred to the new quotation but had to be re-entered. This was somewhat tedious but necessary and I was impressed by the patience of the customer service team member who waited whilst I re-entered the details. Excellent service.

When I visited the Reigate showroom I had plenty of opportunity to try out various different models of digital piano which came within my budget. I dealt with two members of staff, both of whom took great care to answer my questions and to explain what would be the benefits of paying towards the top end of my budget.
When it came to the delivery of my chosen instrument the process could not be faulted. The delivery van arrived on schedule and two delightful men brought the piano up in the lift to my apartment and assembled it most expertly. They were cheerful and polite, and still had one more delivery to make that afternoon at the end of what had been al ong day. Exemplary service.

John Kelly came to our home to assist us with revising our wills. He was immensely thorough in taking us through all the necessary legalities step by step and there were plenty of opportunities for asking questions. The recently implemented practice of sending a SMS message to notify the time 'window' within which a delivery may be expected is a good innovation. A SMS message to say that a delivery has been completed seems less necessary.

I experienced an initial problem when first trying to renew my insurance for my wife and myself in the form of being told that annual policy was no longer available for my wife but only for myself. I am still not clear as to why this happened: it could have been a fault on the website that took me (wrongly as it subsequently transpired) to that particular screen, or it could have been wrong input from me. A second attempt, using as I recall a slightly different route through the application process, resulted in the successful renewal of an annual policy covering both of us. My email to the Helpline with a query about my initial problem was responded to within a reasonable period of time.
