Minus 1 star review for a totally unreliable company.
2 failed delivery promises at late notice, last one was 4 days ago with 90 minute before delivery was to take place.
'We will check your order and come back....but they never do.
The supplier gave me a freebie as part of the delay, they wanted to deliver this but not the main item???...one of those 'you couldn't make it up' stories.
'Your Logistics provider in the UK'...no wonder the country is in a mess with people like this

Totally unreliable blaming their courier company Rhenus (least said about them the better)
2 failed delivery dates at short notice. Now receiving delaying emails stating that they are awaiting cancel details from their delivery company before making a refund??!!. You are the supplier, you choose your courier...4 days after cancelling delivery at 90 minutes notice they have still failed to confirm a delivery date. Circa £2k out of pocket...taking to Paypal resolution as they are unwilling to confirm a refund

I have often said when writing a review that TrustPilot should introduce a negative scoring system as my 1 star review is solely to get to this stage of the review.
Goods ordered, paid for and acknowledged on the 6th November for ex stock material. Two weeks later the courier still waiting for notification to collect. Countless calls and fortunate enough to get through on one of them. Hardly encouraging response 'have to speak to warehouse and will come back'. Obviously never came back. Unanswered emails, voicemails and message vis online chat.
Notification on 21st November that goods were ready (again) and would be delivered by 25th (today). Another unanswered email to ask if this was still the case. Went on online chat today to find out whereabouts of order. 'Need to check with warehouse'....patience run out...refund requested.
Bad in all ways...I might try the UK's second market leader...see if they are any better.
Quick to respond to TrustPilot review but sent follow up email earlier today at 9am and no response

What more can be said about this company that has not been said before? I have often wondered why trust pilot dont offer negative stars as 1 star is too good for these clowns.
As others I had a genuine dispute with O2 that stretched back over 18 months without hem dealing with it. Along come these idiots who have 'bought' the debt but know nothing about it and are unwilling to go back and find out suggesting I do that. If O2 have not dealt with it in 18 months what chance do you think they are going to do so now. Countless emails, text messages, telephone calls all with the usual scare tactics

These clowns took over a genuine disputed debt I had with O2 which had been running for 18 months without them responding to me.
They had no idea what it was about and refused to look into it suggesting that I should go back to O2. I responded to say after 18 months of them not dealing with the matter what chance did I have now.
Continued calls and texts from them with the usual threats of legal action, affecting credit ratings. The usual scare tactics. They profess to care but it's complete ignorance. I paid the amount owed in the end (circa £50) just to get rid of them as they were driving me mad with their constant email, texts and calls.
Their reply after posting says they have been touch...lies
More lies from Catherine on the 2nd September...YOU HAVE NOT BEEN IN TOUCH OR SENT ANY EMAILS !!!

Good at taking your money...not good in giving it back.
'System' purchased and had change of mind. Return process appeared to be straightforward with the obligatory '5-7 days to refund'. Why it takes this long when it takes 5 minutes to pay is a question that nobody appears to be able to answer. However, 8 days after sending back checked progress on refund to receive an email stating that they had made an error and had not 'scanned' the return. A 'manual' refund was put in place (whatever that means) and to advise '5-7 days' after the original 5-7 days. If you have made an error put it right straight away don't send the '5-7 day' nonsense

Just came off a week's photo workshop with Will.
A more amiable gentlemen you will not come across.
Knew where to be at the right time every time and always with fallback options. Covered a multitude of landscape photography genres whilst avoiding the 'normal' photographers workshop tourist spots. If you want a small group, avoid the crowds and have intimate knowledge of the South Island then Will is the man to be with. If you want to photograph the Wanaka Tree with about 50 other people then choose somebody else.
Did I mention the post processing sessions too?

I think TrustPilot should start introducing minus stars just for products like this.
Generally careful with things of this nature but must have had a few drinks when I ordered it.
Arrived in a beat up box compliments of our wonderful postal service.
Plugged it in and waited to be toasted...and waited...and waited....
Asked for it to be returned, they state that they do not supply return notes and offered me a 50% discount. I would not take it even if they gave it for free.

Spent circa £2.5k on flooring. Had a box left over and wanted to charge £50 to collect and 10% restocking charge. Offered to drop at shop but they stated its a showroom only.
Sent 2 emails asking about this without response so called.

Post note...now resolved after follow up experience with customer servives

Good radiator. Mediocre instructions for an item approaching £700.
Asked for clarification on instructions as delivery was a day late and being fitted the next day. Got an email pdf copy of what was in the box rather than addressing specific questions asked.
Finally came back but too late answering 1 out of 3 questions posed.

Can you give zero stars?
As other have said..'unlawful' advertising, not a UK company..not an express service. Ordered an acrylic print as a birthday present. 6 days later it was still at the 'processing' stage. Contacted them and had the usual 'we are so busy and cannot deal with the amount of orders we have'...why not advise this at point of order?
immediate refund given on request...dodged a bullet?

Liked the initial support in first place.
Delayed delivery due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ ??
Delivery notification at 5pm day before with no option to postpone or make another date.
As an elaboration on the above points. I progressed my order but was told there was an error in processing the order thus leading to the 'unforeseen circumstances' but I would get a text notification the day before delivery. The text arrived at gone 5pm so do they assume you can just be at home to accept the delivery the next day without thought of being at work or other appointments?
As a further follow up, there were some bolts missing that hold the base plates to the post but these were sent next day once reported. There were also a few minor anomalies of unidentifiable items which I had to have an online chat about where and how they were fixed. There were no written instructions at all with the items.
