Marriott Bonvoy is the worst point…

Marriott Bonvoy is the worst point system experience I’ve ever encountered. The quality of their hotels is also declining. Several times I have not received point for my stays, asked for points for horrible hotel experiences and promised them but not received and it is nearly impossible to accumulate a decent number of points anymore. Shame on you Marriott.

I never received my order despite…

I never received my order despite rescheduling redelivery with USPS. Not sure why the delivery requires a signature?

In some cases, deliveries may require a signature to ensure they reach the correct recipient safely, and we realize this can sometimes cause inconvenience.

In the meantime, the digital versions of all the cards you ordered should already be available in your Yoto Library for immediate use.

The 4 pm check in time was not family friendly. Lack of communication between resort and property management.

The 4 pm check in time was not family friendly. I was given the run Around by many people on the phone regarding checking in and I ended up having to drive around for 3 hours with two miserable children in the car until check in time. What a waste of a day of vacation!

Hello Jessica, sorry to hear your disappointment at check-in. We always send previous communications to our guests with specific check-in instructions and time so that the guests can plan ahead and know what to expect on arrival day. In some cases we can grant early check-in but it depends on housekeeping schedule and house inspection, early check-in has to be requested in advance. We wish you the best in your future trips.
