Ordered 3 fur coats now from these ladies and panic set in when 3rd one had a shipping problem but after a message fired off to them they very quickly came back to me letting me know it was safely on its way, there was obviously a shipping scan issue and true to there word the item arrived 2days later and wowser the coat was absolutely stunning. 10/10 from me to these girls. Quality is always amazing and shipping is fast ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely dreadful avoid at all costs. Emailed now numerous times with no reply, cant get response on live chat and no-one to answer a phone waiting on delivery as 3weeks which is supposedly posted but still not received

I recently bought a bathroom from victorian plumbing and it was delivered today by palletways. So to anna scott, emily finn and vicky i can only say you girls are what customer service is all about, yous made my experience so stress free from start to finish thankyou all so very much. 5 stars from start to finish and even the gentleman who delivered it from palletways was an exceptionally excellent service. It was packed safely onto a pallet in a manner that kept it safe from damage. So to both companies i am so grateful and cant rate them highly enough!

Recently placed an order with this company to which i didnt realise some of the order wasnt just in stock at that time, very quickly victorian plumbing made contact with me via email to let me know i could wait for it to restock, get a refund or have another look and amend my order which i did and the lady who took care of this did it first thing on the monday morning while i was still drinking my coffee and then phoned me to make sure i was happy with it, she assured me the refund of difference was already processed and my order would be dispatched immediately. Anna scott is the perfect example of how customer service should be so a huge thankyou for making my experience a good one anna as there is so much to choose from it can get quite daunting you certainly removed the stress from it. So now the excitement of waiting for my new bathroom begins...

So far ordering online has been very easy. I placed an order and then had to amend it to add on tiles and the lovely anna scott was more than helpful. Looking forward to receiving my order with help from the staff at victorian plumbing so far so good 👍🏼

found prices quite competitive, purchased online all very easy and straight forward, best for delivery charges we found, delivery was pretty fast even though we received an email to say 1 of our items was out of stock. we havent installed any of it yet but all seems to be in order so happy customer.....thankyou soak
